At InfoTVStream, we’re committed to delivering top-quality IPTV service. If you’re not entirely satisfied within the first 3 days, we’ll gladly offer a full refund (excluding renewals). Additionally, we’ll address any unresolved technical issues reported within the same period.
2. Free Trial Period
- We offer a free trial so you can test device compatibility and streaming quality before deciding.
- No payment is required during this trial—cancel anytime before upgrade without cost.
3. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Purchase a subscription and try our service risk-free.
- Not happy? Request a full refund within 3 days of purchase (initial term only, not renewals).
To be eligible, either :
- Be within 3 days of first payment or
- report a significant technical issue we can’t resolve within 3 days
4. Refund Exceptions
We cannot issue refunds for:
Renewals or subsequent payments
Accessed VOD content or PPV events
Temporary service interruptions (e.g. ISP issues)
Incompatible devices or user network issues
ISP blocking or slow internet
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, Email support@infotvstream.com with:
- Order Number
- Reason for refund (e.g., didn’t work, service poor)
- Relevant details/screenshots of any issues
6. Refund Process
Processing Time : Refund requests will be reviewed within 24hours. If your request is approved, the refund will be given to the original payment method, however, we may refuse to proceed with a refund if we judge that we can fix the issue for you.
Partial Refunds : In cases where only part of the service is unsatisfactory or where you have used only a portion of the service, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
